BEST CAMPING PLACE IN MIDDLE AND EAST TENNESSEE ?
Where is the prizewinning tenting locate in river in your opinion?I am thinking to verify my digit boys (tent) tenting for a hebdomad during outflow fortuity March 16-21. So I poverty to verify them to a pleasant campground.
I hit been hunting in region and easterly Tennessee.

in my opinion…edgar evins state park is awesome. they have campsites for tents and you can also pitch a tent on the platforms where the rv’s park. they have a place to rent jon boats or fishing boats or pontoon boats. there is also a restaurant there with a bait and small store.the lake is awesome..center hill lake. there are hiking trails and also cabins there. we always camp there and love it.

If you are looking to “car camp” by which i mean drive up to your campsite, Nachez trace is close to middle tennessee and it is pretty nice. I’m going there this saturday. If you are wanting to do some backpacking the smokey mountains are great. You can visit this website http://www.nps.gov/grsm/planyourvisit/lodging.htm to set up reservations for camp sites and what not. I’ve never been here, but am planning a trip with a friend of mine who has gone for this spring break.

the great smoky mountains national park is an amazing place to go camping; 800 miles of trails, fishing, horseback riding, amazing waterfalls, tons of wildlife, camping there is $14-$23 a night; this is a great place to go camping, i have been there many times with my family and we can’t wait to go back this summer

e tn watuga lake,, it will be a lil chilly,,, kids i would sugest one of the less primative,,, in that area,,,,cardens bluff ok thanks there is a very isolated one in (the curve on hwy 421 it is nice,,,,,,)
