And how will you know what direction you’re walking?You also need a reason to enter China.Work / school…Otherwise they will arrest you too.

I think you d’ better give up, for the cause that you can not go across the desert area of central Asia even if you reached there,water scarcity would be a big threat to you life. or you must take hundreds gallon of water with you, but how can you carry it?

I think there is not ppl at all in lots of areas where you will pass by. So money is useless, but you should take tons of provision.

Distance from Cromwell, England to Beijing is roughly 5,000 miles (give or take). It’s possible to walk it, but you would need several things.

1. Excellent physical stamina. Swimming the Channel alone requires skill and energy. The average person in outstanding shape could walk an average of 15 miles a day while carrying a properly fitted backpack. That means 333 days to walk this . . . never stopping to stay a day in a single location. And that’s if the distance is “only” 5,000 miles.

2. Travel team. Who will carry your passport and “basic camping equipment” while you are swimming across the Channel?

3. Along with that passport, you will need a minimum of two travel visas, Russia and China. This is if you follow the Transiberian Railway Route (http://www.seat61.com/Trans-Siberian.htm). However, if you were to shorten your journey to reach only the western side of China, then you would need visas for other countries as well (Kazakhstan and Mongolia pop into mind. I don’t know about the Ukraine and Poland.

4. Money. You say you have no money, but what do you plan on living on during this journey? Air and goodwill?

5. Proper clothing and footwear. Need I say more? You’ll need to be able to weather all kinds of adverse conditions.
