The bate is a bit of a bain to disburse, but it does catch wasps rather nicely. This does NOT work on hornets.

It sure is kind of pretty but the wasps must fly by it and laugh because
this thing sure doesn't catch or kill any wasps.

Go back to the wasp spray that shoots 20 feet in the air!

I had purchased one of these locally and liked it so much I decided to buy a couple for friends. The store was out of them, so I was glad to find them online.
Everybody who has seen this, or used it, loves it!

Just 4 stars instead of 5 because the paint wipes off ridiculously easily. It even comes off under running water, so we've had to be super-careful when we change the bait in order to keep it looking pretty. We've caught one wasp each week that we've refilled the juice/bait, and we only had a problem with a couple of wasps hanging around our porch to begin with.

I think it's mentioned in the product info, but the trap won't be effective if a wasp has already started a nest nearby. We did have one nest a couple feet away, and the wasp was not interested in the trap, so we had to spray the nest.

Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and found it to be effective.

I purchased two of these and I am extremely pleased. I purchased one as a gift for my friend and one for myself. This time of year (mid-summer) we both have had problems with yellow-jackets so I felt this would be a pretty way to work with the problem.

My friend loved it and when my husband (who can be very picky) saw it he immediately found a place to hang it outside. They are very pretty.
